All examinations, consultations, diagnostic services and prescribed medicine are FREE OF CHARGE. All Preventative Services are FREE. All children under 5 years receive vitamin A and Hepatitis B Immunisation FREE. Basic immunisation for Babies, BCG, DPT, Polio, & Measles is FREE. Family Planning assistance including contraceptive pills, birth control injectibles, IUD control, examinations and sterilisation is FREE. SpecialistAll consultations, examinations, diagnostic support, medication and medical treatment, when referred by the Family Doctor, will be FREE. DentalDental care including consultation and periodic examination, dental fillings with amalgam, extraction of deciduous and permanent teeth, treatment of infection, cleaning of plaque and film and root canal treatment, is FREE. MaternityMaternity including information on pregnancy, specialist examinations, diagnostic support, childbirth and post natal services is FREE. There is no waiting period for maternity cover. HospitalisationHospitalisation services on referral by the Family Doctor are FREE. They include emergency services, specialist hospital services, consultation and examination, diagnostic support, medication, medical treatment and information. If hospitalised you will be admitted to your chosen Hospital in one of the following rooms, depending on the plan selected;
